I first met Cathy through an NHS prescribed therapy course which took place in-person in West London. After that course ended, I chose to continue working with Cathy online, and had weekly sessions on Zoom for two years. Cathy is a fantastic therapist - warm, kind, supportive and encouraging - and we were able to work through a number of issues that I had been struggling with for many years. I looked forward to each weekly session, and found both short term release of stress and anxiety and a long term rediscovery of self-belief and confidence.

I found my sessions with Cathy extremely helpful, especially in dealing with events in my childhood which still influenced the way I dealt with events and relationships in the here and now. She has a very calm and gentle demeanour, and immediately makes you feel at ease. As an integrative therapist she draws on several therapeutic approaches and can adjust and utilise them as is best for the client.
